Position Overview : We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives / Interns who are passionate about social impact and capable of generating leads, fundraising, corporate partnerships, and promoting NGO campaigns.

This is a target-based role involving both field and office work within Pune.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach individual donors and corporate partner
• Generate leads and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Marketing & Promotion
• Promote NGO projects and initiatives
• Support digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Participate in field marketing activities, events, and exhibitions

• Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain donor database and CRM records
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

• Eligibility Criteria
• Educational Qualification:MBA (Sales / Marketing preferred)
• BBA / B.Com
• Any Graduate with interest in Sales & Marketing

• Skills Required: Strong communication skills (English & Marathi preferred)
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Target-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience:0–2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing
• Freshers can apply
• NGO or CSR sales experience is an advantage
