Salary: 12000 to 20000 

Shifts: General shifts (9.30 to 06:00)

Working days : Monday to Saturday 

(Sunday fixed off - 2nd & 4rth Saturday off)

Education: Any Graduate 

Experience: 6 Month to 1 year 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele caller. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and contribute to overall business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

Provide accurate information about products/services and address any questions or concerns customers may have.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Continuously update knowledge of products/services and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/customer service is a plus.

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
