Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets for building facades and interior design projects.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Cultivate strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and digital content that showcase our expertise.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry through negotiation to project handover.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met with creativity and precision.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or related field (Any Graduation).
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in sales or marketing within the construction or design industry (facade/interior sector preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for design trends with genuine enthusiasm for architecture/interiors.
- Adept at using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- A self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
