Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed)

​Role Objective

​We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Professional specialized in Turnkey Conveyor Systems and Material Handling Solutions. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from identifying industrial leads in the Pune region to overseeing the delivery of integrated turnkey systems.

​Key Responsibilities

​Project Acquisition: Identify and secure large-scale turnkey projects in sectors such as Automotive, Warehousing, FMCG, and heavy manufacturing.

​Technical Consultation: Understand client site layouts and process flows to pitch comprehensive turnkey conveyor solutions rather than just individual components.

​End-to-End Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the client and our engineering team to ensure project specifications are met from design to installation.

​Market Intelligence: Stay updated on upcoming industrial parks and expansion projects in Chakan, Talegaon, and Pimpri-Chinchwad.

​Sales Lifecycle: Manage high-value quotations, technical presentations, and final contract closures.

​Candidate Requirements

​Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Marketing, specifically dealing with Turnkey Projects or complex industrial machinery.

​Technical Knowledge: Mandatory expertise in conveyor system design, material handling automation, and project-based sales.

​Communication: Strong negotiation skills in English and Hindi; ability to communicate in Marathi is highly preferred for local coordination.

​Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular site visits across the Pune industrial belt to monitor project progress and meet stakeholders.

​Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) or MBA in Marketing with a technical background.

​Compensation

​Monthly Salary: ₹35k - ₹50k (Fixed)
