Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit newly constructed and under-construction residential societies
• Build relationships with builders, site managers, and sales teams
• Interact with homeowners and potential clients
• Explain company services (interior design, turnkey solutions, etc.)
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads
• Distribute brochures, leaflets, and marketing materials
• Coordinate client meetings with the design team
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
