About the Role
We are a rapidly growing manufacturer of premium SS304 commercial induction bulk cooking systems (50L – 500L) designed for the Indian HORECA sector. As the market shifts from legacy LPG/diesel-fired systems to high-efficiency electromagnetic induction technology, we are building an elite sales force to penetrate and dominate Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 commercial foodservice markets across Maharashtra and beyond.
The Sales Executive will be the frontline ambassador of our brand in Pune and surrounding regions, responsible for driving end-to-end B2B sales of our high-capacity induction Bratt pans, bulk soup kettles, and industrial cooking vessels to hotels, restaurants, institutional caterers, cloud kitchens, and sweet shops
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B accounts across hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens (KaaS), institutional caterers, sweet shops, and food processing units in Pune and surrounding districts.
- Proactively map and approach target clients including Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Procurement Heads, and Kitchen Consultants.
- Leverage LinkedIn, industry networks, trade events, and cold outreach to build a robust prospect pipeline.
- Participate in and represent the company at HORECA trade expos, foodservice exhibitions, and live cooking demonstrations.
Sales Execution & Account Management
- Conduct detailed needs-assessment meetings and present customized product proposals aligned to each client's operational volumes and space constraints.
- Execute consultative, ROI-based selling – quantify fuel savings, HVAC cost reduction, and labor efficiency to justify capital investment decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical product demos, and ROI simulation calculators to procurement committees.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to purchase order, installation coordination, and post-sale follow-up.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to generate repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
- Coordinate with the service and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) team to ensure timely after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Actively promote and close Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sign-ups with every major installation.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, client feedback, and pricing dynamics and relay insights to the management team.
