Responsibilities
●	Telesales, cold calling, inbound, outbound sales, lead generation, managing exports leads.
●	Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products to them.
●	Machine live Demo presentation to customer.
●	Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations.
●	Develop and apply in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
●	Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines.
●	Follow-up with customer for lead conversion.
●	Maintain Sales record in CRM software

Qualifications & Requirements
●	Strong self-motivation.
●	Ability to work individually and in Team.
●	Ability to cope with rejection from clients.
●	Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
●	Superb interpersonal skills and have a professional appearance.
●	Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations.
●	Excellent problem-solving skills.
●	Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts.
●	Strong listening and presentation skills, Sharp negotiation and time management skills.
●	Language Proficiency: Read, write and speak fluently in English & Hindi.
