Key Responsibilities:

● Handle guest inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

● Follow up proactively with potential guests via calls, messages, and social media.

● Present property details, amenities, offers, and packages to prospective clients.

● Coordinate with the administration team and manage payment follow-ups.

● Maintain accurate records of leads and bookings using CRM tools.

● Develop and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Graduate in any field from a recognised university.

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

● Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English and Hindi.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and professional email communication).

● Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in challenging situations.

● Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first approach.

● Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, hospitality, or sales is preferred.

● Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
