Job Summary

We are a computer service provider offering IT support, networking, hardware, software, and related services. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote our services, generate leads, and grow our customer base through online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote computer services such as IT support, AMC, networking, hardware sales, software solutions, and cyber systems.
• Generate leads through field marketing, digital marketing, and referrals
• Visit corporate clients, offices, schools, and institutions to explain services
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media platforms and basic digital marketing activities
• Coordinate with technical team to understand service offerings
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
• Maintain customer database and marketing reports
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT services
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convince and build relationships with clients
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and MS Office
• Willingness to travel for field marketing (if required)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in IT services or computer sales
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or email marketing
• Two-wheeler with valid license (for field work)
