Sales & Marketing Intern-Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Intern to support our real estate sales and marketing team. The intern will assist in promoting property listings, generating leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase property sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in marketing and promoting real estate properties through online and offline channels.

· Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.

· Support the sales team in scheduling property site visits and client meetings.

· Maintain and update client and property databases.

· Help create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitor activities.

· Follow up with potential buyers and maintain communication with clients.

· Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, or property launches.

Requirements

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, B.com, BBA or a related field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
