Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Managers and Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Pitch company products/services to prospective clients through presentations and meetings.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and digital marketing strategies.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Negotiate contracts and close business deals to meet revenue targets

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business growth.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
