Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Discovery: Actively hunt for new business through cold calling, social selling, and networking to build a robust 2026 sales pipeline.
• Consultative Pitching: Deliver personalized product demonstrations that focus on solving customer pain points rather than just listing features.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections with empathy and precision to close high-value contracts and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and upsell existing accounts by ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Meticulously update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to track leads and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of proven success in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a focus on storytelling and active listening.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with AI tools for lead prioritization and outreach.
• Soft Skills: High resilience, emotional intelligence (EQ), and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
