Job Description – Personal Loan officer

Role: Personal Loan Executive

Product: Personal Loan

Channel: Branch Sourcing & Open Market

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for Personal Loan through branch channel and open market sourcing

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and corporate salary team channels

Handle end-to-end loan process – from lead generation to disbursement

Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and ensure proper documentation

Coordinate with credit and operations team for smooth processing

Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets

Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes

Skills Required:

Good communication and sales skills

Knowledge of Personal Loan products and market

Ability to work on targets and deadlines

Relationship management skills

Experience:

0–3 years in sales / BFSI (preferred in Personal Loan)
