We are hiring for the OMPL Department at Bajaj Finserv (Onroll Position)


📍 Location: Wakadewadi, Pune

💼 Profile Type: Office Work + Field Work

👨 Eligibility: Male candidates only

🎓 Experience: 6 months to 1 year

⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred

🔞 Age Limit: Below 30 years 

🏍 Bike is Mandatory 


💰 Salary Details:


₹17,000 - ₹20,000/month as per interview


₹1,800 Petrol Allowance

Role Summary


The FTC role in the OMPL Department involves supporting day-to-day operations, documentation processes, customer onboarding activities, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution. The position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities:- 


● Handle customer onboarding, document verification, and data entry in internal systems.


● Support operational processes including file processing, case creation, status updates, and record maintenance.


● Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Credit, Operations, and Customer Support for issue resolution.


● Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation as per company compliance and audit guidelines.


● Monitor application status, escalate delays, and follow up for pending requirements.


● Maintain trackers, reports, and MIS on a daily/weekly basis.


● Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.


● Adhere to SOPs, service quality standards, and TAT (Turnaround Time) requirements.


● Provide support during audits, reconciliations, and internal reviews.


● Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.


Skills & Competencies Required:- 


● Good communication and coordination skills.


● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


● Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry systems.


● Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under timelines.


●《Basic knowledge of financial products (Loans, Insurance, Cards) is an added advantage.


● Problem-solving and process-oriented approach.


Eligibility & Experience:- 


● Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred).


● Experience: 0–3 years in Operations / Backend / OMPL / Financial Services.


● Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for 12–24 months depending on business requirement.
