Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction chemicals, tile & stone adhesives, and waterproofing solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in your assigned territory. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales growth and achieving company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Negotiate and close sales deals

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efforts

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Salary: 20k to 40k per month + Commission

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
