Sales position
Position: Sales and Business Development Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, high energy,self-driven, passionate sales professional to start as an individual contributor to grow our India captive market reach.
Responsibilities:
·Own individual targets and manage, retain and generate new revenue
·Hunt and create revenue opportunities from untapped accounts
·Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and thorough understanding of the customer's business, organization, strategy, financial position and propose solutions that meet their objectives
·Collaboration with various internal teams will be an important part of day to day working
Qualifications:
•8-10 years of overall experience including customer-facing sales role
•Should have proven skills in client relationship management and account mining
•Must demonstrate ability to identify potential customers, be fearless to knock on doors, and be able to forge long-term win-win customer relationships
•Effective written and oral communication skills
•Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers
•Bachelor's in engineering and MBA (preferred)
