Sales Promoter

Position Overview

• Role: Sales Promoter
• Work Timing: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Part-time / Evening shift)
• Locations: Various retail outlets across Pune and PCMC.
• Rotation: Store locations will change every 3 days to maximize brand reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers within the store to introduce products and explain key features and benefits.
• Sales Conversion: Drive immediate sales by encouraging product trials or highlighting ongoing promotions.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring high energy and a professional appearance at all times.
• Reporting: Keep track of daily customer interactions, feedback, and sales numbers to report back to the supervisor.
• Setup & Management: Ensure the product display area is clean, well-stocked, and organized during your shift.

Requirements & Skills

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus). Must be confident in speaking to strangers.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different store locations across Pune and PCMC every 3 days.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, promotions, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
• Attitude: Outgoing, punctual, and highly disciplined regarding work timings.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate.
