IKEA Counter Sales Executive

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Pune IKEA Showroom

Working Days: 4 days per week

Salary Range: ₹20,000 ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our IKEA showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting IKEA products, manage counter sales operations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries and purchases.

• Understand IKEAs product range and provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• 
  
• Process billing and handle cash/card/UPI transactions efficiently.
• 
  
• Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized.
• 
  
• Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team for stock replenishment.
• 
  
• Upsell and cross-sell IKEA products to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue.
• 
  
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• 
  
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with store promotions.
• 
  

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 
  
• 13 years of experience in retail or counter sales (furniture/home décor experience preferred).
• 
  
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• 
  
• Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software, etc.).
• 
  
• Customer-oriented, energetic, and presentable personality.
• 
  
• Ability to work in a team and handle peak hours efficiently.
