JOB ROLE- Retail Sales Representative
Immediate Joiners can apply,
JOB LOCATION: Swargate, Pune
Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell and Up-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully and stocked (Coordinate with the Retail Team )
• Ensuring Aesthetic displaying the stock
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Report customer feedback, Daily sales details, Daily Customer Walkin to the Team
 
 
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behaviour patterns
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic Analytical Skills
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, relationship building
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexible to work various shifts
• Familiarity with the local language
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Pune: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
