About the Role:

We’re hiring a smart and proactive Sales Support & Operations to manage incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, handle follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations. This is a customer-focused role with strong daily execution and reporting expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads from calls, emails, walk-ins & social media
• Understand customer requirements, prepare and share timely quotations
• Follow up effectively to close deals
• Maintain daily/weekly reports & CRM updates
• Ensure timely execution of tasks with accuracy & ownership
