Experience Required:


Overall 4–5 years of experience in Sales


Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Sales Team Lead


Team Size:


Manage a team of 10–15 sales executives


Key Responsibilities:


>Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets

>Monitor daily performance, call quality, and productivity of team members

>Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

>Assist team members in closing deals and handling escalations

>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversion rates

>Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management

>Ensure adherence to company processes, sales scripts, and compliance guidelines

>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations


Required Skills & Competencies:


>Strong leadership and people management skills

>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

>Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members
