Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of Education Counsellors in an EdTech centre. The role involves achieving enrolment targets, guiding the team on lead conversion, monitoring daily performance, and ensuring high-quality counselling for students and parents. The Team Leader will also be responsible for coaching team members, handling escalations, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with management to improve sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Education Counsellors
• Drive admissions and revenue targets
• Monitor calls, conversions, and team performance
• Provide training, feedback, and support to the team
• Handle escalated student/parent queries
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
