Job Summary:
Looking for a seasoned Sales Team Lead with proven experience in BPO/EdTech. The role involves managing large sales teams, streamlining operations, driving revenue, and ensuring process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Lead & manage sales teams of 15–30 members
⦁ Implement sales strategies, KPIs & performance reviews
⦁ Drive CRM optimization, lead management & reporting
⦁ Collaborate with HR/Training/Marketing for smooth operations
⦁ Manage escalations & improve customer satisfaction
⦁ Provide insights & reports to leadership
Eligibility:
⦁ Graduate/MBA with 5+ yrs in Sales
⦁ Strong leadership & people management skills
