Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets. The role includes monitoring calls, tracking performance, ensuring lead follow-ups, and improving conversion ratios. You will be responsible for coaching team members, conducting regular reviews, handling escalations, and maintaining CRM accuracy. The position requires close coordination with marketing and management to align sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a target-driven mindset. Prior experience in inside sales or telesales with team handling is mandatory.
