Job Title: Inside Sales Team Lead – EdTech
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to manage and drive a team of education counselors/inside sales executives. The role focuses on achieving enrollments, improving team performance, and delivering excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate inside sales/education counselor team
- Drive daily calling, lead conversion, and enrollment targets
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and call quality
- Coach team on objection handling and closing techniques
- Coordinate with marketing and operations for lead flow
- Prepare daily, weekly sales and performance reports
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably EdTech
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM systems
