Job Title: Real Estate team leader

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, showing properties, and closing sales. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a deep knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.

Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and competitive listings.

Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.

Guide clients through the negotiation and closing process.

Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other documentation.

Build long-term relationships with clients by offering support and follow-up after sales.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market conditions, and property values.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
