• Manage a team of individuals working on tele sales/customer support

• Should have knowledge of Personal Loans and Other Type of Loans

• Complete the Weekly & Monthly Targets given by the organization on time.

• Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team

• Prepare Sales Reports

• Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention

• Create policies and procedures

• Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team

• Keep Informed of New Products and Services

• Plan the training and standardization of service delivery

• Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
