Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate (minimum qualification).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales (Life Insurance preferred).
• Language Skills: Good English communication skills.
• Age: 18 – 35 years.
• Other: Experienced candidates only; freshers not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Drive sales of life insurance products and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives).
