Salon Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead our team of stylists and beauty professionals, and ensure an exceptional client experience. • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day salon operations and staff schedules
• Supervise, train, and motivate stylists, therapists, and front desk staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback or complaints
• Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Track sales, inventory, and product ordering
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and promote salon services and retail products
• Maintain appointment bookings and manage walk-ins efficiently
• Implement marketing promotions and loyalty programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Requirements & QualificationsProven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of salon services, products, and beauty trends
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of sales, inventory, and POS systems
