Salon Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. This role involves managing salon staff, ensuring exceptional client service, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow

  Manage and schedule staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists) effectively

  Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming salon environment

  Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries or complaints professionally

  Monitor inventory and manage product ordering and stock levels

  Promote salon services, packages, and offers to boost sales

  Train and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals

  Handle billing, cash flow, and basic accounting/reporting tasks

  Achieve monthly revenue and client retention targets

  Stay updated with latest trends in beauty and salon services

Requirements:

  Proven experience (2–5 years) in salon/spa management or team leadership in the beauty industry

  Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills

  Good understanding of salon operations, products, and services

  Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant personality

  Knowledge of POS software and basic reporting preferred

  Qualification in cosmetology/beauty therapy is a plus
