Position Title – Sr. Ex Engineers  Export and import  – Supply chain Management

Experience requirement – 3-5 Years

Job description:  

Export/imports Account key Manager :

• 1. Manage customer service operations for import and export activities.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to international shipments.
  3. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Prepare and review documentation for import and export compliance.
  5. Monitor and track shipment status and address any delays or problems.
  6. Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements to service processes.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  8. Customer packaging issues related to international shipments
  9. EDI Process Knowledge

• 10. Analysis Of inventory
  11. Monitoring the inventory levels
  12. Improvement in inventory turnover, reduction in DOH.

• 13. reviewing documentation for import/Export Shipments , including invoices, customs declarations, and shipping documents. 

• 14. Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and Import restrictions. 

• 15. Working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth trade operations. 

• 16. Managing the transportation of goods, including arranging shipments, negotiating freight rates, and tracking deliveries. 

• 17. Maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. 

Required Competency:

1. Well versed with Indirect Material procurement Process and supplier database within Pune area
2. Knowledge about SAP.
3. Initiative taker.
4. Good team player can work in cross functions.
5. Supply chain acumen.
