Job Description

Able to handle major incident
Experience in Routing & Switching, Firewalls Load balancers and Proxy & Cisco SD-WAN
Able to implement BAU Changes
Able to perform VA patching on regular basis
Support L2 Engineers during incident, changes
Knowledge transfer to L2 Engineers and technical handover from projects to operations
Minimum CCNP
