About the Role

We are looking for a highly intelligent, adaptable, and discreet individual to serve as the right hand to the Founder. This is not a traditional secretary role. It is a high-trust position for a "Jack of all Trades" who can handle the complexities of a business operating at the intersection of Healthcare, Finance, and International Trade, while also managing the personal affairs of the executive.


We do not care about your degree or your years of experience. We care about your ability to figure things out, your discretion, and your relentless drive to get things done.

What You Will Do

Your main goal is to buy the Executive time and mental bandwidth. No two days will look the same.


1. Business Operations (The "Head" Work)


  • Research & Synthesis: Quickly learn the basics of a new trade regulation, a healthcare trend, or a financial instrument and summarize it for the Executive.
  • Communication: Draft high-level emails, manage correspondence, and act as a gatekeeper. You must be able to write with professional precision.
  • Project Coordination: Follow up with partners in international time zones to ensure deals stay on track.
  • Tech & Admin: Organize digital files, manage CRMs, or figure out why the printer isn't working. If you don't know how to use a software, you watch a tutorial and master it in an hour.


2. Personal Management (The "Life" Work)


  • Lifestyle Logistics: Booking complex travel itineraries, managing household staff, or sourcing hard-to-find items.
  • Errands: Handling banking runs, document couriers, or personal appointments.
  • Calendar Tetris: Ruthlessly managing the Executive’s schedule to prioritize high-value activities.


Who You Are

  • A Sponge: You absorb information instantly. You can switch from discussing a medical invoice to a shipping manifest without blinking.
  • A Vault: You are 100% discreet. You will handle sensitive financial data and private personal details. Confidentiality is your religion.
  • ** articulate:** You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can speak to a CEO or a courier driver with equal effectiveness.
  • Thick-skinned & Persistent: "I don't know" is not in your vocabulary; it is replaced by "I will find out." You don't need hand-holding.
  • Tech-Savvy: You leverage AI, apps, and tools to speed up your workflow.
