Security Advisor
Project Role : Security AdvisorProject Role Description : Lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Assess, manage and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes.
Must have skills : Identity Access Management (IAM), Unix Shell Scripting, Mainframe DevOps, Google Cloud Identity Platform

Educational Qualification : A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology or similar streams as fulltime education is required
Summary: As a Security Consulting Lead, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. You will assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Your typical day will involve overseeing the security consulting projects, collaborating with teams, and providing guidance on risk management and compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions - Assess, manage and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes - Oversee the security consulting projects - Collaborate with teams and provide guidance on risk management and compliance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), UNIX Shell Scripting, Mainframe DevOps, Google Cloud Identity Platform - Strong understanding of security consulting principles and practices - Experience in developing and implementing security solutions - Knowledge of risk management and compliance - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) - This position is based at our Pune office - A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology or similar streams as fulltime education is required
