Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and defining the overall cloud security framework and architecture to align with organizational goals. This role requires careful planning to ensure that security measures meet business needs and performance standards. The position also includes documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into ongoing cloud security operations, ensuring continuous protection and compliance within the cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud security strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement security controls within cloud environments.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements impacting cloud security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
