Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage and close books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Experience Required: 5–8 years

Employment Type: 6 Months (Short Term Assignment)

• Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end book closure (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter company transactions
• Manage journal entries, accruals, and provisions
• Review and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Identify process improvements and implement best accounting practices
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting
• Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards
• Hands-on experience in book closure and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
