Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finalization

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally / other accounting software
• Finalization of accounts for proprietorship, partnership, LLP, and companies
• Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and error rectification
• Handling multiple client accounts independently

GST Compliance

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
• GST returns, notices, replies, and follow-ups
• GST audit data preparation and coordination

Income Tax

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR – Individual, Firm, Company)
• Computation of income and tax liability
• Handling Income Tax notices and online responses
• Assisting in tax audits and assessments

TDS & Other Compliances

• TDS calculations, return filing, and TDS reconciliation
• Handling Form 26Q, 24Q, 16, 16A
• ROC compliance support (basic knowledge preferred)

Audit & Client Coordination

• Assisting in statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Preparing audit working papers and schedules
• Coordinating with clients for documents and clarifications
• Guiding junior staff and reviewing their work
• Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in CA Firm
• Strong knowledge of Accounts, GST, Income Tax & TDS
• Hands-on experience in Tally, Excel
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
