Senior Account Executive

Job Description – Senior Accounts Executive (CA Firm)Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete Accounting operations with strong command over Tally
• Manage GST & TDS filing, data preparation, and ensure all statutory compliances
• Basic working knowledge of Income Tax, including challans, computations, and documentation
• Oversee Receivable & Payable management
• Assist in Finalisation of Accounts and support audit teams
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing
• Maintain proper accounts documentation and compliance records
• Coordinate with clients for required data and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Tally, GST, TDS
• Good understanding of Income Tax basics
• Excellent in reconciliations, documentation, and accuracy
• Good communication skills and MS Excel proficiency

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA with practical experience
