Senior Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage and oversee the complete financial operations. The candidate must be well-versed in construction industry accounting practices and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Complete books maintenance and ledger scrutiny

·      GST: Payment, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing, 2B reconciliation with purchase register, overall GST reconciliation

·      TDS: Timely payment and quarterly return filing

·      Daily data entry review and control

·      Tally ERP operations and accounting

·      Contractor payments and reconciliation

·      Bank reconciliation

·      MIS reporting and audit preparations

·      PF payments and PT return filing

·      E-way bill and e-invoice generation and compliance

·      Group company accounts coordination

·      RERA compliance (where applicable)

Required Skills:

·      Proficiency in Tally ERP and Excel

·      Sound knowledge of construction accounting practices

·      Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and RERA

·      Ability to handle multi-company accounting

·      Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance
