Senior Accountant

Location: Pune

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee all accounting activities of the company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing accounts and be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle complete accounts independently including day-to-day accounting entries
• Manage GST compliance – returns, reconciliation, audits, and filings
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management
• Maintain ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and trial balance
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants for statutory and internal audits
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements
• Maintain proper accounting records as per company and legal requirements
• Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis



• Experience in manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and stock reconciliation
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good understanding of inventory, costing, and production-related accounting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Additional Requirements:Candidate must be a localite from Pune
• Good communication and coordination skills
