Senior Accountant

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently handle client accounting and taxation work from basic entries to finalisation, including GST and Income Tax compliance. Experience in a CA / Tax Consultant firm will be strongly preferred.

• Key Responsibilities (Candidate Checkpoints):
• Handle day-to-day accounting of clients
• Bookkeeping in Tally / accounting software
• Prepare finalisation of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• File GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR – Individual, Firm, Company basics)
• Maintain GST & IT compliance calendars
• Coordinate with clients for data, clarifications & follow-ups
• Handle TDS working & returns (basic knowledge preferred)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Indian tax laws
