Job Title:Senior Accountant ( E-commerce)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for statutory compliance, GST, TDS, reconciliations, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors. Prior experience in e-commerce will be a strong advantage.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounting & FinanceMaintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal entries)
• Handle day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Monitor costing, margins, and expense controls
• Maintain fixed assets & depreciation schedules
• GST & TaxationPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
• GST reconciliation with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
• Handle TDS calculations & returns
• Coordinate with CA for income tax & statutory filings
• Manage GST notices, audits, and compliance queries
• E-commerce AccountingReconcile sales, settlements, fees, returns & claims
• Track marketplace deductions, RTO, damages & shortages
• Maintain ASIN-wise profitability and cost tracking
• Coordinate with operations for inventory & GRN reconciliation
• Banking & Compliance Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Manage vendor payments & receivables
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, and invoices
• Support statutory audits and internal reviews
• MIS & ReportingPrepare weekly & monthly MIS reports
• Assist management with financial analysis & decision support
• Support Power BI / Excel-based reporting (preferred)
• Required Skills & Qualifications:EducationB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
• Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Zoho Books
• Excellent command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, compliance & audits
• Experience with e-commerce accounting is a big plus
• Soft SkillsHigh attention to detail
• Strong ownership mindset
• Ability to work in fast-growing, dynamic environment
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Preferred Experience:Manufacturing / FMCG / Toys / Consumer Goods industry
• Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central accounting exposure
• Experience handling multiple brands or entities

Salary Range:₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & skill)
