The Global Business Solutions Center is a team of 1,200+ professionals that deliver services and solutions to all Mastercard business units and regions. Our scope ranges from payroll and accounting to sophisticated automation solutions and process redesigns.
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to drive communications and engagement with our programs, services, and technology. You will interact with employees from all Mastercard functions and locations. The ideal candidate has
• An ability to facilitate understanding with crisp communications
• Experience with internal communications in a global company
• A passion and talent for elegant design and storytelling

In this role, you will:
• Develop clear and concise internal communications, such as email announcements, newsletters, videos, presentations, infographics, and webinars to tell compelling stories and drive change
• Independently develop content using a clear and concise writing style that is appropriate to audience
• Develop and deliver self-service and webinar-based training, in collaboration with subject matter experts, for internal audiences
• Track and report metrics for audience engagement with communications
• Provide messaging and logistical support for internal communications events, such as town halls, fireside chats, and panel discussions
• Collaborate with colleagues to elevate deliverables

• Attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration
• Always looking for potential solutions to solve problems
• Ability to develop, track, and interpret metrics – analyzing data to drive communications and better decision-making
