Department: Channel Business Development (CBD)

Location: Pune

• Reason for Hiring:

To align the Channel Business Development Department with infrastructure and architectural processes.

To get the vendors onboarded in each of the zones of India for Furniture and Signages.

• Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

• Experience: 2–3 years

• Industry Preference: Automobiles / Any other relevant industry

• Gender Preference: Male / Female (Both)

• Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹7 LPA

• Job Requirement :

– Daily Progress of showroom infrastructure and month-end activation report.

– Taking approvals from Senior Management and updating status of projects.

– Communicating with dealers and sharing layouts, color codes, ceiling, and signage details.

– Addressing site-specific issues and ensuring brand compliance.

– Coordinating with vendors for furniture and signage manufacturing, dispatching, installation, site measurements, fabrication, and execution.

– Maintaining records of vendor payments, hiring and scouting vendors, sharing drawings, creative details, BOQs, and following up for estimates/quotes.

– Finalizing showroom layouts, preparing, checking, and releasing showroom drawings, and maintaining records.

– Preparing PO, getting approval with readiness photographs, and ensuring timely release of vendor payments.

• Technical Competencies: Multi-tasking, Data Analysis, Project Management, MS Office proficiency, AutoCAD / DWG expertise.
