Senior Assistant Vice President

hands on experience in US P&C business with specific in depth experience in Claims management; end to end claim lifecycle management with experience in both voice, back office and blended processes

strong people leader and ability to lead and engage large teams; eye for talent, people development and creating future leders

hands on experience in leading transitions for large 100+ FTe processes preferably within claims 

Adept in Client management and relationship management

strong financial Accumen with working knowledge of P&L management- revenue and GM forecast cycles

knack for process improvement and transformation, ability to identify improvement opportunities right from day 1

strong contract management and governance

working knowledge of new age technologies in P&C space; awareness and sound knowledge of latest P&C industry trends and offerings

hands on experience in leading large scale client visits

strong interpersonal skills with executive presence in front of both Internal and external stakeholders
