Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead site execution, coordinate with design and vendor teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Project Execution & Site Management
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor quality control and site safety standards
• 2. Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP consultants
• Manage vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates
• 3. Planning & Scheduling
• Prepare project schedules and track progress against milestones
• Ensure timely procurement of materials
• Identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks proactively
• 4. Quality & Cost Control
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and finishing details
• Check BOQs, verify quantities, and control project costs
• Approve contractor bills and manage site-level budgeting
• 5. Technical Supervision
• Review structural and architectural drawings
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, finishing, and interior works
• Handle site-level problem solving and technical decisions
• 6. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily site reports and progress documentation
• Prepare DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and weekly updates
• Ensure proper record keeping of drawings, revisions, and approvals
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Experience in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, and project tracking tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in high-end interior or design-focused projects
• Exposure to modular construction or turnkey execution
• Strong vendor network and site management experience
