Senior Civil Engineer

Lead and manage on-site construction activities.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution from start to completion.

Ensure adherence to approved drawings, project timelines, and budgets.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site staff effectively.

Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Monitor material usage and control wastage.

Prepare and review project reports, billing, and documentation.

Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and management.

Desired candidates-

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Degree Pass Out). Minimum 2 of years of on-site experience in residential and/or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.

Must be ready to travel across Maharashtra. Must be willing to stay at project sites if required. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
