About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will operate as a client‑facing, direct and indirect support to the assigned function and sub functions for the delivery of reliable, timely and insightful information. Kimberly-Clark spends approximately $3 billion per year globally within the enterprise overhead functions that provide direct and indirect support to the businesses. These overhead functions include the direct functions of Selling, General and Administrative support (SG&A) within the Business Units, and the indirect functions of Finance, GBS, HR, Legal, ITS, Procurement, Marketing, Global Sectors, etc. Margin pressures continue to increase for the K-C enterprise and, therefore, providing business leaders with accurate, transparent, enterprise wide consistent and timely information about the global overhead investments is critical to influencing decisions that can drive business results with urgency.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Pune.

  • Provide timely, accurate, consistent, and complete financial information to assigned functional leadership for assistance in making sound business decisions and driving results and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support to the assigned function, and other enterprise functions, as necessary

  • Assist in providing strategic and operational support to globalize the management of the assigned function and assist in the development of SG&A on‑going reporting and business planning for the assigned function

  • Identify and help lead process improvements, methods, and activities to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness and improve overall business information delivery

  • Assist in the support of the Global SG&A system

  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a “Think Customer” philosophy in the level of service provided

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Business Administration or related

  • At least 5 years in similar position

  • Advanced Excel

  • Advanced SAP

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across geographic, functional and cultural boundaries

  • Strong analytical skills

Shift Timings: 5:00 P.M IST to 2:00 A.M. IST
