Relevant Project Experience:

·       Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in implementation of eGovernance projects with any central / state government department / any government agencies.

·       Experience of working in Education domain will be an added advantage.

·       Experience in management of eGovernance projects including client handling, stakeholder management, IT project implementation and project monitoring.

·       Experience in As-Is study, Gap analysis, requirement gathering, creation of To-Be process maps and finalizing functional requirements to prepare FRS document.

·       Assisting client in preparation of the DPR, RFPs, and other project documents.

·       Should have good knowledge about Government Procurement Manuals, General Financial Rules, MeitY / DIT Guidelines, State Procurement Guidelines and have hands-on experience on government procurement process.

·       Assisting client in procurement process for bid management on state government / central government tender portal such as Government eMarketplace (GeM) and vendor onboarding process.

·       Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones and project status report using appropriate tools.

·       Monitoring of project progress, conducting performance testing/User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare testing compliance document.

·       Hands on experience on data analysis and preparing analytical reports, creation of dashboards.

Good communication and report/document writing skills.

Qualifications

·       MBA in any stream is preferable.
