Job Description

• Preparation and execution of process, area and equipment qualification / validation protocols.
• Preparation and Review of BPR.
• Preparation and execution of study protocols, preparation of study and technical reports.
• Handling of SAP related activities like process and maintenance.
• Operating downstream equipment's for process and CIP/SIP.
• E.g. TFF system, buffer and refolding vessels, AKTA Pilot system, k-prime system, pH & Conductivity meter, Autoclave, DHS etc.
• Supervise the work of trainee/ apprentice in MFG area.
• Participation and preparation of risk assessment of process and system whenever required.
• Coordination with engineering team for AMC, preventive maintenance and calibration of the equipment's / instruments.   Coordination with Engineering, QA, QC, R&D, Purchase and warehouse departments for completion of tasks in time.
• To plan, arrange and supervise shift operations.
• Review all batch records, logbooks, e-log for completeness in the shift.
• Shall verify all process activities are performed as per the written instructions.
• Shall ensure that discrepancies or incomplete tasks are immediately addressed and documented appropriately.

8 to 11 Years

Education

Post Graduation in Biotechnology or MicrobiologyB.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
